Sub-leases are prohibited. All vessels must be covered by insurance. Vessels renting for over 30 days must submit a Certificate of Insurance naming Olde Naples Seaport Yacht  Association, Olde Naples Seaport, LLC., Olde Naples Seaport Condominium Association, and the individual slip owner as “Additional Insured on a Primary Basis”. The amount of liability insurance required is $1,000,000.00. Visa, MasterCard, or checks are accepted. There is a 3.5% handling fee for credit card use. Checks are payable to Olde Naples Seaport Yacht Association. There is a $50 fee for checks returned due to insufficient funds.
